BMW of the Main Line

For the first time since I've owned my car, the battery was dead. We're relatively new to Philadelphia and living in the city. The car is in a garage on the 2nd floor accessible by elevator. I thought it was going to be a pain to get this problem solved. I called BMW of the Main Line and was connected to Anthony Rapisardo who drove out within 45 minutes. He jump-started the car and gave me clear instructions. Anthony could not have been nicer or more effective. I really appreciate Anthony's help and responsiveness of BMW of the Main Line.
