There is nothing we enjoy more here at BMW of the Main Line, serving the Philadelphia region, than negating shocking gossip. As you would expect, we wince when we see BMW fanatics upset about rumors, especially over nothing. That being said, you can picture the delight it brings us to pronounce that the rumors concerning the believed discontinuation of the 3 Series Touring Wagon are not true.
Naturally, here at BMW of the Main Linewe are saps for the 3 Series Tourig Wagon and we were delighted at this recent news. The German automaker has been busy for over 2 years updating the 3 Series (including the wagon), improving it with characteristics featured in the 1 Series and 5 Series.
BMW recently revealed that among the many compelling upgrades they've made to the venerable 3 Series are: XDrive, color heads-up display, enhanced handling, more cabin space, improved fuel-economy, reduced emissions, and a stealthier look. And, that's just a small sampling of the reasons to seriously consider the Touring wagon.
To learn more about the forthcoming 2012 3 Series Touring wagon, please stay tuned. While BMW has bent the rules slightly for the 3 Series, divulging a significant amount of details prior to the vehicles' official debut, we expect even more, following the Detroit Motor Show in January. Of course, if you're interested in getting a taste of the sporty, luxury wagon, in the mean time, you can always swing by BMW of the Main Line at 225 Bala Avenue in Bala Cynwyd, PA , and take a 2011 model for a spin. If we don't happen to have one in stock, we'll do our best to get one for you as soon as possible.
